ok.. basically i have choosen the recent policy on banning smoking based on fairness. ok lets look at the old policy in the past.

The Prohibition on Smoking in Certain Places Act (enforced by the National Environment Agency), prohibits smoking in public places such as:
Public transport, clinics, hospitals, maternity homes, nursing homes
Public libraries, libraries in institutions of higher learning, public museums, art galleries, government workplaces
All air-conditioned workplaces, Changi International Airport, all air-conditioned shopping centres, public queues and pedestrian underpasses
All schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, training institutes, air-conditioned and enclosed areas in Universities
All bus shelters and interchanges, public pools and toilets, community clubs and open-air stadiums

and now the new policy also includes coffeeshops, hawker centers and entertainment outlets is as follows:
-Hawker Centres
Indoor Refreshment Area (IRA)

If no ORA, allow smoking corner (less than or equal to 10% of IRA seating capacity)
-Outdoor Refreshment Area (ORA)

Allow smoking corner (less than or equal to 20% of ORA seating capacity)

ya..from these information, we can see that public smoking areas have decreased. i feel that this policy is made based on fairness because cigarrettes are harmful to both first hand smokers and second hand smokers. it would not be fair to non-smokers if smokers are free to smoke wherever they want. if public smoking areas are limited, non-smokers would be less exposed to the harmful smoke. as a long term result, less people will suffer from dieseases that has got to do with smoking. most importantly, the banned areas added to this new policy are areas like hawkers and coffee shops where people go to have their meals. with specific smoking areas, non-smokers would definietly feel more comfortable while smokers also have a place for them to smoke. it is like a win win situation for both parties. :]

ok... we are now at the com lab doin our third journal entry.. and we have to write about how we relate to 3A. erm.. i dunno how to start..
er.. okok.. actually i tink overybody here misses their sec 2 class.. i mean we have already been spending like 2 years together in our sec 2 class and we have been doin like almost everything together.. from exams to chalets to cips and finally to our shanghai trip.. haiz... of cos we miss la...
its like ever since we change class we have less topics to tok about (like tat time we all went to watch im not stupid 2 tgt.. and after tat we went to sit around at the playground to chit chat.. and at the beginning, we realised tat we had nothing much to tok about.. but LUCKILY.. we slowly started tokin more.. and everything went back to as if we were still in 2d.. heng ar....) and we dun spend tat much time together anymore.. so sad.. wantin to meet up is oso a problem.. cos different classes have different make up lessons and stuff at different times.. haiz.. but no matter how much i wan to go back to 2d, i noe is not possible liao... so i juz hope tat we can continue our strong frenship and there will never bo awkwardness between us..

ok.. now on 3A.. erm.............. nothing much to say leh.. cos still not veri familiar wid the class.. haha.. actually most of us are all veri frenly and nice la.. and i tink after the bonding camp everthing will change for the better.. and i have to say tat im considered lucky lor.. cos 3A has the most number of 2d pple le.. compared to my frens in other classes.. they most they have is like around 4. and we have like around 9.. so ya.. i should be happy..
and im oso in the same class as my primary sch best fren.. so actually not bad la... can make it..
so i tink if we are given time... we 3A will become a veri fun class.. :] love it or hate it? actually a little of both.. but more of like la..

okok. im here to post again..tis time it will be longer.. k mr tan asked us to tok about the movie we watched during english. haha. like quite long ago liao hor. lol. nvm. aniw. i tink the movie was nice.. but i didnt expect the real jerome to die. haiz. why he die!! lol. but the movie proves tat havin bad genes doesnt mean tat u will not be successful in other things. so i tink its quite meaningful la. although the movie showed many negative things about the genome project thingy.. but actually it has its good side oso... during the debate thingy in class tat lesson, we went through all the pros and cons and actually there are more good points dan bad.. so i support the project..oh ya! and the real vincent fake jerome is sooo good lookin... :)

mm.. oh and i still haven buy my chem textbook yet.. sstttiillll nnnoooo ssstttoooccckkk caaaannnnnnn.. sian sian sian. chem common test already over lor. and i still haven buy sia. haha. sry miss hafizah. not my fault. lol.

ya. and huanniee wans to quit art. HAIZ. cos she say she got no time. haiyo. can cut down on ur online time wad. so sad.. nvm. i decided to respect her decision. wadever u say lor. jiayou. (but of cos i wun wan u to quit la. tink of the happy times we had tgt. lol. )

and lastly.. I WANNA COMPLAIN!! haha. there is tis new jay cd. (the picture above) actually vcd. aiya. is a mv cum 2 song thingy la. everytime he got new cd i will buy and support but tis time its so freakin ex!! its $25 lor. i mean there is only like 2 new song and the rest are all mvs and they still dare sell so ex lor. so angry. lol. its like even more ex than his usual new album. (which has like around 10 new songs.) somemoere i already have some of the mv. but how can i dun buy. i muz support. lol. nvm la. i save lor. LOL.

oh. before i forgot. i tink the 2d movie rocks. veri nice and gan ren. thank u weisheng!! thank u zoe!! :)

haiz.. i've been reli busy all week.. wif all the hw and stuff.. and wif art.. haiz.. dun even have time to buy my new year clothes and my chem textbook(when the coming common test is chem).. and i still to write tis.. muz stay up to write.. now wad time already lor.. 2 am liao.. lucky tmr is sunday man.. haiz.. so i dun have to tink about watching my vcds at all.. aniw.. im gonna comment on the initial D thingy tat mr tan said during tat english lesson.. actually the movie is ok wad.. i mean different pple different tinkin la.. he shouldnt say its a stupid movie in front of sooooo many jay fans lor.. walao.. haha.. its juz a movie.. relax mr tan.. its from a comic eh.. cant expect too much from comics rite.. its for fans like us.. juz dun take it too seriously k? :) haha.. jay rocks.
